Fly fishing adventures in the Dordogne
Dordogne is one of the most famous and picturesque regions in France.

Dordogne Fly Fishing

Dordogne is one of the most famous and picturesque regions in France. And there are wonderful opportunities for fly fishing - especially in the upper Dordogne valley.

The Dordogne river's feeder streams are wonderfully peaty and crystal clear. The Doustre and Maronne are amongst the best, and home to wonderfully feisty wild brown trout.

The main Dordogne itself is home to Trophy size browns. And with Trophy size Grayling also a specialty of region - the Dordogne offers a very long season that extends from March to the end of November.
